About Bamawm Extension Pony Club
Rallies are usually held on the 2nd Sunday of every month (except January) these are normally held at our home ground on the Cnr of Echuca-Mitiamo Rd and Bamawm Rd, Bamawm Extension. Check the website for updated rally details, or get in contact with one of our committee members for more information.
General meetings are held on the first Monday of the month or at our rally. They are usually held at our club rooms or another agreed upon location. All members are most welcome.

- Enjoying the community of your local pony club
- Must have a Current Working With Children Check recorded on Just Go
- Has the right to vote at a general meeting of the club.
- Includes public liability and personal accident insurances.
- Can compete in Pony Club® competitions.
- Can participate in rally or Pony Club® programs.
- Enjoying the community of your local pony club

Adult Supporter members
- Every junior riding member must have at least one Adult Supporter member.
- This Membership is for any individual who is not a riding member at a club but spends time supporting the club to operate. If you attend regularly (more than 3 times a year) you should take out an Adult Supporter membership including a Working With Children Check.
- This membership includes public liability and personal accident insurances.
- All Club Supporter Members must have a Working with Children Check Card recorded on JustGo.
- Has the right to vote at a general meeting of the club.
Fees for Adult Supporter membership is $10.

Uniform At Pony Club Rallies
The uniform for rallies is less formal than at competitions. The club colours are navy with a green sash. At rallies you must wear:-
· A approved helmet. Pony Club Victoria follows Pony Club Australia and Equestrian Victoria on helmet standards. Further information here
· Riding boots with a fairly smooth sole. (Half soles and tread soles are not allowed)
· Club shirt. (Not compulsory, but encouraged) These are available from Hip Pocket Echuca for $33.
· Navy windcheater, vest or jumper. (Not compulsory, but encouraged)
.Navy coats are also available from Hip Pocket Echuca with club logo on the back
· Optional navy saddle blanket with green trim (available from Drovers' Saddlery, Echuca)
· Jodhpurs
· Optional pony club badge and medical armband.
· Back protectors are highly recommended for the jumping lessons (BEPC has club back protectors available for members' use)
· No jewellery. Earrings/studs must be taped if they cannot be removed.

· Oatmeal, fawn, white or banana jodhpurs or moleskins.
· White cotton shirt, with navy/green spotted tie. (Tie available from club $20)
· Navy woollen jumper with green sash. (Sash ($5) available from Club – which runs from right to left) Jumpers available from Numanz currently $50.
· Optional Pony Club Badge. (Available from Club $12)
· Medical Arm Band
· Club Polo shirt may be worn at competitions except in the following instances:- When riding a Dressage Test, Smartest on Parade, Best Presented or Rider Class.
