December rally- Sunday 14th December at the Bamawm Extension Reserve (our grounds)

When? :December 14th Gear check 9.30am (note: earlier starting time)
Venue? Bamawm Extension Recreation Reserve (club grounds)
Details? Two lessons in the morning ( drill work with Anne Leviston and Games with Alison Hilet & friends). Midday: Parade of our current riders past the Clubrooms with our banner. Then BBQ lunch with our invited guests, anniversary cake and end-of-year Presentations. Special appearance by Kenny Dyson, the Harness Pony!

Mangoes: arriving Tuesday December 9th. If you haven’t already please liaise with Katrina Monigatti about delivery etc…Her number is 0418174482. A big thanks again to Katrina for organising this fundraiser. Yummy mangoes just in time for Xmas!
Club competitions: We were successful in obtaining the following dates for our competitions next year. Please mark in your diaries: Sunday May 17th 2015 – combined Horse Trials with Nathalia Pony Club at Barmah. Sunday August 30th – BEPC showjumping and dressage day at our grounds.
January Rally: We don’t have a committee meeting in January but in the past we have had a rally, if there is enough interest from members and it is not too hot. Often this has been a fun activity such as a trail ride. Please have a think about whether you would like a rally in January, and let the DC and committee know at the XMAS rally Sunday 14th, so we can gauge the level of interest.
February Rally: is traditionally a twilight rally on the Saturday night of Southern 80 weekend. This year it will be Saturday February 7th, please mark in your diaries. Also on this day, BEPC will be helping out with car & boat parking in Hare St for the Southern 80 Show and Shine display. A great chance to get up close and personal with some of the event’s major competitors and their very big boats (whilst wearing a fluoro vest!). We earn $500 for a morning’s work so please let the committee know if you are available to help.
