June rally at BEPC grounds Sunday 9th June 2013
Venue: BEPC grounds
Due to a recent increase in the expected numbers for our Rally this Sunday, we have had to alter the format of our rally from that which we decided at Monday’s meeting.
There will be three groups of approximately 4-5 riders each and three lessons. Please check the white board in the clubrooms on arrival for your group.
Booked instructor: Laura Pankhurst (flatwork)
Club instructor: Alison Hilet (certificate work focussing on feeding, rugging and some groundwork. Please bring your pony’s rug if you have one and be ready to discuss what they are currently fed)
Games instructor: Sally Mitchell. Games will be the Ribbon game and Gretna Green.

10.30am – 11.30am lesson one
11.30am – 12.30pm lesson two
12.30pm – 1.15pm lunch & announcements
1.15pm – 2.15pm lesson three
First Aid: Katrina Monigatti

Close: Hilets
Poo pickup: Jasmine T and Lyndall T
Lunch & clubroom clean: All parents not assisting at rally to please help with lunch preparation and cleaning of clubrooms and toilets.
Lunch menu & ordering: Trial of a new system for lunch – see below
Lunch menu: Soft drink OR water
+ Dim Sims (steamed) x3 OR hot dog in roll
+ cake or slice and a packet of chips or noodle snacks
Cost = $5 per head
Ordering: please order lunch on arrival at the grounds. Brown paper bags will be supplied in the clubrooms. Please write your name and lunch order preference (according to menu above), enclose the $5 and put on kitchen bench. One bag for each person eating lunch please. Then parents preparing lunch can collate the bags, work out what needs to be cooked and have all orders ready by lunch break at 12.30pm for collection.(similar system to school lunch orders).

For sale- please note we now have a mouse proof box in the store room for for sale items. please put them in a plastic bag with an envelope stating your name, phone number and the price for each item so if anyone is after anything we can sell the item and get the money to you.
for sale: one small woollen BEPC saddleblanket (suit pony up to about 12.2hh) and a small BEPC woollen jumper for sale (size 70). Jumper will suit a child up to about 8-9 years. $30 each or $50 for both. Contact Alison on 0437 800 145
