At our August rally we had some new members join us. Instruction was games, jumping, team of four and certificate work.
Congratulations to Nikita, Oskar and Maya passing their D certificates.
The final touches were also put on the round yard. We used the money we raised from working for the gun club to purchase the yards. Thanks to the Blachford family for installation and Jodie Irwin for organising the sand

For our June rally we headed to Melbourne 3 Day Event. This is a fantastic photo capturing the moment by Anne Levistan. We all enjoyed watching local rider Lincoln Spiers and we may also one day appear on a TV documentary on the 3DE.

We had a very successful camp over our 2 day rally in May. Instruction Anne Leviston, Edwina Hare, Nicki Chalmers and Rebecca Todd.

Due to being so hot our February twilight rally was unmounted. Our members had a great time learning through doing a quiz, playing with toy horses and colouring in. The highlight was making beautiful brow bands with Nicki Chalmers.

Our riding members have been out competing at Tocumawl Horse Trials . Well done to Olivia coming home with a rug winning grade 4 and Tenny competing in her first horse trials.
Sam Dyson and Tag went to the interzone Horse trials which was a great experience for them both.
Tenny, Sam, and Sarah competed at the Zone Qualifiers at Kerang. Thanks to Olivia and Sharon who came to help on the day and bad luck to Jasmine who had to scratch. Great to see the Mums out competing too (Alison and Penny).

Great social night at Drovers thanks to Mandy and all the helpers for organising it. All the kids looked great in the clothes - hope they had a good time.

Great to see Missy and Louie back into it with many broad ribbons at recent shows. This photo taken at Bendigo Ag show where Louie achieved Champion Child galloway, Champion show Hunter and Missy won the Good Hands.
Balranald September 2013
BEPC was well represented at first Zone Show jumping and Dressage Championship Series at Balranald. Ash Norris won Pony Club grade C show jumping with Sam Dyson placing 3rd. Both girls rode exceptionally well and it was great to see them fly over the 1 metre by 1 metre jumps in the final round. Tenny Ashwin placed 5th in Grade 3 dressage. Unfortunately Missy's pony Louie pulled up sore in Grade 2 dressage but he is better now

Great effort Dani at Canberra Royal
Dani recently represented BEPC at Canberra Royal Show. Dani placed 3rd in her rider class for children aged between 9yrs & 11yrs. Fantastic result with a huge field of 22 riders. Note, NSW pony club can use double bridles.

Alison Hilet, competed on Chloe, dressage?, clear showjumping and a clear cross country (Chloe puilled like a train, poor alison was exhausted with a few jumps to go, she was also suffering from blisters on her fingers from new reins and chloe pulling), no results for Alison (someone forgot to get a gear check inbetween showjumping and cross country, (oops i didnt tell you that), very rushed with some sections over there.

Despite heavy rain it was well attended by our members including Sarah and Tom Hilet, Missy and Ash Norris, Sammy and Penny Dyson and Dani. The highlights of the day were Dani winning Junior PC Aggregate and the team of 3 PC riders which was the last event of the day.
